Children and Individuals Under the Age of 18

Retention and Update Policy
To preserve the integrity of its databases, Elderberry may retain collected information for an indefinite length of time. If required by law, as is the case to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Elderberry will delete information from its database when it receives an appropriate request.
